We are the authorised and warranty agents for brands such as Rheem, Vulcan, AquaMAX, Bosch, Envirosun and AVG, all highly regarded manufacturers within the Australian hot water industry.

SunCity Hot Water highly trained expert technicians have licenses that cover all the areas required to repair any type of hot water system, we have electrical, plumbing, gas fitting and ARC refrigerant gas handling licenses.

SunCity Hot water also had a very long relationship with Dux hot water until 2014 when we parted ways with them due to their poor products having a effect on the way our business was seen in association with them, but we can and still repair their products for general public, just not under warranty their conditions, we have a moral sense of right and believe in a duty of care to the consumer, its a shame Dux hot water systems didn’t see that in the same view.
